This page covers exactly one thing: the waitlist form at taoi.studio, what it collects, and what happens to it. It's written to be accurate, not to sound like a law firm — if you want something more formal for a specific purpose, email us.
What we collect
Joining the waitlist takes one field:
- Your email address.
Alongside it, we automatically note a few technical details: how you found this page (for example, that you met the team in person, followed a link, or arrived from an ad campaign), and the page that referred you here, if any. This isn't collected through cookies or a tracking script — the page itself doesn't set any cookies and runs no analytics.
After you submit your email, we ask a short set of optional questions: your name, company, current website, which services you're interested in, your company's approximate revenue range, industry, timeline, and where we met. Every one of these is skippable, and skipping doesn't affect your spot on the list.
How we use it
- To send you one confirmation when you sign up, and to reach out when we open the founding cohort.
- If you answered the optional questions, to make our first real conversation start from something specific instead of a generic discovery call.
That's the complete list. We don't add you to a newsletter, run ad retargeting off this list, or sell or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone outside The Art of Influence.
Who can see it
Our team, to follow up with you — nobody else. A small number of infrastructure providers process it on our behalf, strictly to do their job and nothing more: Supabase stores it, Cloudflare hosts this page, and Resend delivers the confirmation email. None of them are marketing partners, and none of them get to use your information for their own purposes.
Technically: this page never talks to our database directly. Every submission passes through a server we control, which checks it before anything is stored — your browser never holds a key that could read or write anyone else's information.
How long we keep it
We don't currently auto-delete waitlist signups. If you'd like your information removed, email hello@taoi.studio and we'll take care of it — usually the same day.
Changes to this page
If what we collect or do with it changes, this page will change to reflect it before that happens, not after.
Questions
Email hello@taoi.studio — a person reads it, not a ticket queue.
